of Missouri, we have developed a system of service to meet any customer
expectation.
Our
commitment to service begins with our sales and estimating staff,
who are your first contacts with The OBP. Our customer service account
managers then become your in-house partners to oversee production
schedules, specifications and customer contact. You will have the
same account manager each time your publication is printed, thus
assuring you that there is someone in the plant who knows your publication
production needs as well as you do.
To
help manage your projects properly, the account managers meet daily
with the sales staff and production department managers. Because
the entire plant is represented, you can be assured that important
issues in scheduling and production are dealt with efficiently and
correctly.
