The
Blue Actions Tab on the left has more icons than the OBP
uses. Approval, Rejection, Download PDF and Download JPG
are used.
32 thumbnails
of pages are shown at a time. They can be filtered through
the Show choices and can be sorted in a number of
ways in the Sort By listing.
Show
– filters the thumbnails attributes: The ones below are
recommended.
| All
- All pages regardless of approval status. |
| Requiring
Approval – the number of pages that have not been
approved nor rejected. |
| Approved
- The number of pages that have been approved. |
| Rejected
– the number of pages that have been rejected. |
| Requiring
approval – the number of pages that are yet to
be determined |
To get
to the next 32 pages the Pages listing in the blue
arrow in the upper right will go directly to the next 32
pages using the blue arrow or you can hold down the carrot
on the right and choose the page ranges you want to view.
This will option will only appear if you have more than
32 pages to be viewed .
Double
Clicking on any of these thumbnails will open Smart Review
and display that particular page and give access to open
an page in Smart Review.
Select
all and Select none will check the small box
on the lower left of the pages. This is performed on just
the pages that are being shown, not the entire job. Unless
you are about to approve or reject a page, there is no need
to select all or select none.
The
Pages being viewed can be changed to the next group
of pages by clicking the carrot and choosing the page group,
or by clicking the blue arrow which takes you to
the next group.
Page
Icons can be viewed in three ways by clicking one of
the three icons in the upper middle of the page.

The
Blue Tab on the Left
To use
these icons on this tab, pages must be selected. Select
a page by clicking on the small box on the lower left of
the icon, or use the Select All button in the middle
of the screen
| Approval
will approve all pages that are checked. |
| Reject
will reject all pages that are checked |
| Download
JPEG or PDF will download a low res version
of that page to your computer. |
| Request
Review - typically not used. |
Thumbnails
The
thumbnails can be used in a variety of ways. They visually
show the approval status of a page, open Smart Review
and provide information about the page, and finally
choose the page for actions contained on the blue tab on
the left.
The
Blue i provides information about the job. The check
box selects the page for action by the icons on the
blue tab on the left and clicking the icon itself
or page name will open Smart Review.
The
icon and color on top of the page shows its approval status.
On recently
uploaded pages the thumbnail may appear with a generic thumbnail.
There is no need to wait for this to finish and display
the actual page in order to enter Smart Review.
