Depending
on your needs, you can go to all pages by clicking Total
or just pages that need attention through Requiring
Approval.
New
Upload opposite File Transfer will open the Upload
applet to allow files to be uploaded.
NOTE
on Notes Insite does not provide a means for these to
be seen in the software used by Prepress.
PLEASE
contact your Customer Service Manager prior to using this
function to transmit information to the Ovid Bell Press
or your instructions may be missed!
Icons
on the Home Page

tab toward the center of the page is the name of the
job you are currently working in. Directly below it
is the Home Page icon which will bring you back to
this page from anywhere while in the job. |

takes you to the individual thumbnails. |
| Upload
will get you to the upload applet. |
| History
transaction history of the job. |
| Job
Administration is not used. |

Toward
the bottom of the page
File
transfer- Provides a link to the uploads that have been
finished, and a link to the new upload window.

of Uploads shows total number and leads to the
uploads history page. |
