This
guide provides advice and general guidelines for preparing electronic
files. The goal of our Electronic Prepress Department is to produce
your publication free of errors, on time and according to budget.
Inaccurate output can create alteration costs and delays. With the
information in this guide, we hope to help you avoid many of the common
problems we find in electronic files. While some parts are specific
to our plant, equipment, and workflow, most of the quide provides
good project management for printed publications. If you have questions,
