Your liaison for the handling of your work is the account manager assigned to you in Customer Service. The account managers are assigned to work in teams that include at least one other account manager and one team leader. Account managers meet daily with the production managers, sales representatives and executive officers to discuss the status and needs of the jobs in the plant.
